WARNINGS, CAUTIONS
AND NOTES
The footing WARNING, Cautiousness and NOTE
have specific meanings in this manual.
A WARNING emphasizes areas where accidental injury or
flat death could lead from negligence. Mechani-
cal impairment may also occur. WARNINGS should be
taken seriously.
A CAUTION emphasizes areas where equipment
damage could result. Disregarding a CAUTION
could cause standing mechanical damage, though

A NOTE provides additional information to
make a ill-trea or procedure easier or clearer. Disre-
garding a Government note could induce inconvenience but
would not campaign equipment damage or personal
injury.
SAFETY
